Who we are
SimEd Academy is an independent professional education platform for healthcare simulation operations and education, run by InnovationBench. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any certifying body. Completing a course does not grant a professional certification.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. If your institution gave you a seat, your institution admin and the managers of your groups can see your course progress, quiz scores, and the answers you submit in practice tasks and assignments.
Content licence
Lessons, videos, podcasts, scenarios, questions, and site content belong to InnovationBench and its contributors. You may use them for your own learning. Do not copy, record, scrape, resell, or republish them. Institutions may use SCORM packages only inside their own learning system and only for the seats they hold.
Clinical values
Vital signs, drug names, and clinical details in scenarios are teaching values for simulation practice. They are not clinical guidance.
Prices and payment
Courses are open with a free account during launch. When paid plans start, prices, seat counts, and renewal dates show before you pay, and nothing is charged without your agreement. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. Discount codes have the conditions shown when you apply them and can be withdrawn.
Partners and sponsors
Sponsored content is labelled. Sponsors do not write or approve teaching content.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version date on this page changes, and we ask you to accept major changes.
